Thank you for shopping with us at Next Up Goodies. Below you’ll find important information regarding our shipping process, timelines, and policies.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your purchase is completed.

Once your order has been successfully processed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center for preparation and shipment. Please note that orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed.


Shipping Times

Our products are shipped directly from our international warehouse to ensure we can offer you the best pricing and product selection.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States & Canada: 7-1421 business days
  • United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand: 7–14 business days
  • Other International Locations: 12–25 business days

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays. However it can take up to 21 business days maximum to receive your order.  


We are not responsible for delays on international orders once they have been shipped, including delays caused by customs, carriers, or other factors outside of our control.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update in the carrier’s system.

You can track your order at any time using:

  • The tracking link provided in your email sent directly from our supplier
  • Our order lookup page on our website

If you do not see your tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes
  • Customs inspections
  • Carrier delays
  • Holidays or unforeseen circumstances

Please note that international shipments may experience extended delays, and we are not liable for these delays once the order has been dispatched.


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and your order has already been processed, we may not be able to make changes. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If your order has not already been processed, we'd be happy to update your address for you.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped and is in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
